Before reaching the customer, Gavi wine must pass chemical analyses
by governmental authorized laboratories and
organolectic examinations by the local Chamber of Commerce Tasting Committee.
Upon successfully passing these rigorous examinations and being certified, the Gavi reaches the market with the right to carry the state appellation of D.O.C.G., guaranteeing its origin,
the variety of the grapes and the method used in the wine-making process.
Best served at 50-53° F, the Gavi is excellent with food.
